9" Flat sander 120 (fine) grit. This hand sander contains tungsten carbide grit welded onto 1/16" steel plate. The finer grit is used for finishing surfaces. It is a versatile tool that can be used like a conventional file, as a file for thin slots or attached to a block of wood and used as a block sander. As with all Dura-GRIT tools the grit will not tear loose and will last a lifetime. Â The burr can be cleaned with a wire brush, soaked in solvent or even burned with a propane torch, to remove stubborn clogs such as sap, paint or urethane. |
