½" diameter hollow tip burr on 1/8" mandrel with 60 (medium) grit - 35,000RPM rated. This hollow tip is ideal for hole cutting, the hollow tip lightens the tool and captures the waste material. The gritted sides allow for sanding/shaping and hole enlargement. As with all Dura-GRIT tools the grit will not tear loose and will last a lifetime. The burr can be cleaned with a wire brush. The tip can be removed from the mandrel and soaked in solvent or even burned with a propane torch, to remove stubborn clogs such as sap, paint or urethane. |
