| Description: |
Announcing the 75cc Extra 260. The first ARF/FA to feature a wood foam composite fuselage. Dietrich have designed this fuselage to be the strongest and lightest available. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. |
The aircraft contains very high density aircraft grade foam which is fuel proof and unharmed by C/A glues. The wood foam fuselage side is much stronger, stiffer and lighter than a normal light ply fuselage. The increased stiffness of the fuselage results in significantly better flight performance due to the fact there is no twisting motion in flight. |
Dietrich have also incorporated carbon fibre reinforced wing spars into the design of the airplane; also a first in the ARF industry. This makes for a very light weight, strong wing panel. |
