This B-25 Mitchell has been designed by Charles G Loud 111 and is a giant scale masterpiece. This aircraft has been designed to exact scale so that it can compete in rc Top Gun held in America. The aircraft is designed for two large electric engines (Hacker Q200 shown) and features working bomb bay, retracts, lighting system and many more features. The fuselage is designed as a single piece with stabilizers attached and a two piece wing which separate at the nacelles joint. Construction follows traditional methods involving balsa and ply.
The short kit includes all fuselage formers and ribs. Also included in the short kit is a set of plans to build the aircraft. The plans are at half size to the plane and are extremely detailed drawings. The design of the kit is such that the jigs are extensively used in the construction so there is no need to build over full size plans. A set of construction materials is also included.
A hardware kit, balsa sheeting and electric retracts can be supplied separately. Fibreglass cowls are also planned.
