This 1/6 scale jet aircraft designed by RO Jets is a fully fiberglass kit. This fully detailed fiberglass kit has rivet head detail on fuselage, wings, elevator and rudder. The fuselage has three layers of cloth for maximum strength, whilst the wings and elevators are a fiberglass sandwich with built in spars. The aluminium wing tube is factory installed in the fuselage. The Me 262 is designed so that the whole engine controls such as ECU, fuel pump and battery fits easily into the wings so that only the servo leads, retract lines and fuel lines need to be disconnected for transport. This plane requires two gas turbines in the range of 5kgs to 7kgs each. Only radio gear, engine and paint and hardware are required to complete this plane.
